Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Clients must email, call or text to cancel or reschedule their appointment 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour time frame, the client will be charged a 30% late cancellation/reschedule fee of the service price of that appointment. If the client no-shows for their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the service price of that appointment. The client will be responsible for these charges prior to being seen for any other scheduled appointment. Please be aware that clients who enter a card that declines or that is not valid will be blocked from the ability to book future appointments
Pease arrive on time, ater the 15 minute grace period, there will be a $15 late fee and you may be subject to rescheduling.
